If you did not attend the ThirdSpace ReLaunch, "Everything in 3's" on November 5, then you missed out!

Kristen Dickson with Kristen Dickson Weddings and Events pulled together quite a stunning soiree for the space. Elegant white decor was so generously donated by M&M The Special Events Company to reflect the pristine aesthetic of the space, whilst the dramatic effects of the drapery, provided by Quest Drape, truly emphasized the space's modernity and crisp architectural cues embedded in the soaring high ceilings, raw, urban railings and exposed brick walls.

Guests were greeted by the fabulous and oh-so attentive, talented bartenders from Trinity Staffing. With Martini & Rossi Champagne in hand guests strolled in as the projector rolled iconic three themes (the Three Stooges being my personal favorite).

And let us not forget the music cleverly provided by The Three Stooges (DJs) of i-entertainment. Their fun beats completed the refreshing atmosphere found in the beautiful and whimsical LED lights by AVSD Productions. What else could a party need to polish of the chic, hip, and fun filled evening? Food, Of course!

Just as the party's ambience, the food was light and delicious. So appropriately prepared, the skewers, basil-stuffed tomatoes, and tiny delight cookie bites certainly channeled the party's

simplicity yet elegance found in the all white decor. Thank you, Festive Kitchen for the morsels!

This was more than ReLaunch, it was a revival! A reminder! This space is a trove set amongst the greatest urban scape of this country. It's raw architecture and chic, serene setting provide a feeling of city reminisce; of DALLAS city reminisce. ThirdSpace is just a space, but a space in Dallas nonetheless. It is Dallas' ThirdSpace. It is your ThirdSpace.

As we say goodbye to the Contemporary Art Dealers of Dallas and their Art Lab, ThirdSpace will function as the primary service populating the beautiful space at 1608 – C Main Street. Though the art may come down, ThirdSpace will still remain as a venue set on the highest level of class, elegance, and modernity available to rent for events, private exhibitions, photo shoots and more! DFW Consulting Group hosted their 20th anniversary at ThirdSpace. Catered by Iron Cactus Tex Mex, the event was a spicy success chalk full of some savvy engineers celebrating and having a good time!

Inaugural Blog:

This is ThirdSpace first official blog. I have always been a little behind when it comes to technology and web media; however I have learned to put my foolish, stubborn, and old school ways aside and adjust to the progressive world of networking online for the sake of my company, ThirdSpace. 

ThirdSpace is inhabited within a Contemporary Art Gallery titled, CADD Art Lab. I am extremely proud to promote this space for not only its beauty, but its mission as well. The space was built in 1915 and still resonates its original charm in the terrazzo floors, soaring 12 ft. columns, exposed brick, and in the ceiling's exposed framework. The space lends itself perfectly for a contemporary art gallery. The open windows facing Main Street create a natural light to flow into the open gallery and truly enhance the beautiful artwork that hangs on the vast white, pristine walls. It seemed only appropriate to have the gallery serve as a venue for private parties as well. Hosting an event here does not only fulfill a client's vision for their event, but it supports the Dallas art community as well. 

Every time we host a private event here the artwork and the artists are exposed to more and more people, that would otherwise, have no idea artwork at this level of quality was circulating around Dallas. ThirdSpace not only provides a space for, let's say a chic cocktail reception, but also provides more purpose and life to the gallery and the art that lives within it. 

Hosting an event here is unlike any other experience. You and your guests will be enveloped by artwork produced by the foremost and highly regarded artists of this day. ThirdSpace is not your ordinary ballroom. It is truly a unique space with character, life, beauty, history, and an iconic Dallas location that attests the venue's downtown and effervescent identity. Reflecting all of these qualities, your event will truly be as unique as the space itself.
